You've switched my account back to variable but not changed my direct debit back. And you didn't let me know??

Perhaps your fix ended and you reverted to Next Flex as a default. Hope you got a satisfactory outcome.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

Your direct debit might change soon. If you came off a fix that was probably because your fix ended and you didn't tell your supplier what new tariff you wanted.
Prices now will be at least double those of your expired fix. If you have a large credit your DD might not have needed changing. You are on the forum which is supported by volunteers in the main. You are not addressing Eon Next directly - members employed by Eon Next will have that in their name tag.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
