Your direct debit might change soon. If you came off a fix that was probably because your fix ended and you didn't tell your supplier what new tariff you wanted.
Prices now will be at least double those of your expired fix. If you have a large credit your DD might not have needed changing. You are on the forum which is supported by volunteers in the main. You are not addressing Eon Next directly - members employed by Eon Next will have that in their name tag.
