I haven't received any bills since being transferred from Symbio in November.
I set up a DD and payments are being taken and I submit meter readings but have no bills are ever generated.
I don't even have confirmation of the opening meter reading from the transfer which is concerning given how much time has passed.
Are other Symbio customers getting any bills yet or are Eon really this bogged down with the admin of the transferred accounts that none of us are getting billed?
That doesn't sound quite right, it did take us some time to confirm some readings and we delayed sending any bills until all payments had transferred but all of these issues were sorted back in January.
Sounds like we need to take a look at your account in more detail, hopefully it's just a quick fix needed. The quickest way to get help is to drop us a message on Facebook or Twitter as our dedicated digi team are there 24/7, 365 days a year!

I am in exactly the same position - but I don't use FB or Twitter or any social media. Thank you.
Have finally got our first bill through having chased up on social media but now find I can't make an online payment, have started a different thread for that issue.
