Useless and broken E-ON NEXT service, i want to migrate back to the old platform!
Since you migrated my account to E-ON NEXT nothing has worked properly.
1st you screwed up and just migrated electricity so I could not see my gas smart meter readings.
2nd The readings are absolutely fabricated and only updated only at midnight so I never know what actual energy i have left!
3rd Payments are not being taken by your side and shown as pending on my online bank and as a result the gas ran out yesterday and I had no way to get it back on because your **** service closes early. I have a baby and children and they were all freezing because of your inadequate service!
4th Today my meter readings online are exactly what they were 3 days ago!!
THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICES I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISS-PLEASURE OF USING. IF YOU DONT SORT MY ACCOUNT OUT I AM SWITCHING TO BRITISH GAS!!!!
I'm glad I'm not alone . I had to sign up to EON next in March . I now get Cheques for my Feed In Tariff because my bank account details are unuseable but they are correct . All has been fine for the last 11 years until i was forced to get an online account . Stupidly I told them to cancel the June cheque and pay it into my bank account . i am still waiting .
