Help with electic top up

Hello just wondering if anybody can help I topped up earlier gas went on not a problem electric put the key in and just said token accepted didn't put any money on but the receipt says payment successfull I have never had this problem before tried calling they said ring back at 8am

I have no knowledge of prepayment meters but a quick online search suggests there are other means of topping-up so hopefully you will be able to use one of those if still having trouble.
