I am over £300 in credit. I have emailed Eon Next twice in the last week and not had any reply or response let alone acknowledgement. Also tried via Facebook and messenger which is supposed to respond in 24 hours . Its been 4 days now and still nothing.
I am very dissatisfied, disillusioned and disgusted at this behaviour. It is impossible to make any contact with Eon Next.
What am I supposed to do if I or anyone else cant speak to someone? Customer service is atrocious. This will only strengthen my case to switch suppliers.
So sorry to hear you've had problems getting in touch with us, we have been incredibly busy in the last few weeks which has meant much longer wait times than we'd like.
We're speeding through the messages on Facebook too and are almost back to our usual 24 hour service so I'm hoping you've had a response by now?
phone 08085015200 office hours. Up to £500 you can demand credit, over that you need to send pics of your meters!! even though you may have smart meter. Having same trouble getting MYMONEY, so am reducing DD down to nominal £1. good luck
