You need to know if your meters are migrated to E.On Next by DDC, first off. Are they sending any smart readings to E.On or are all your bills calculated from estimates and manual reads?
Then, if you could take a photo of the actual meters themselves, including the comms hub, and tell us what the lights are doing, that will help @theunknowntech with diagnostics. 👍

If the IHD is switched on and correctly paired with the meters, the HAN light should be green. If the two aren't talking...
Of course, even if it did work, the only use would be for reading the meters remotely. Any costs would be way out because the meters won't have updated tariff data.
Well, the theory is, once the meters are migrated and working, the IHD should then play nicely. Of course, if the IHD is just not playing the game, you could download the Hildebrand Bright app as an alternative...but only when the meters are phoning home properly. Several off the apps require a connection to the internet in order to get data from the DCC networks, rather than directly from the meters themselves.
