Without a comms hub, nothing. If you do get a hub installed, eventually, they will provide an IHD with it.
That meter shows an AMR hub fitted, which is slightly different to a smart comms hub, but docks to the same place on the top of the existing meter, once the blanking plate has been removed.

The one you have has a plastic 'blank' which covers up the connections the hub docks to the meter with. They remove that blank to plug the hub onto. You are 'dim hub'. I don't understand how they can't see that! It's a slightly different variant of the meter, but the connections for a hub are 'universal', as are the plastic casings.
I'll tag @PeterT_EONNext for you. He's pretty switched on when it comes to meters. Not seen him for a while (holidays?) but if anyone can look into this, he can.
