I spoke on the phone a while back about my account being in considerable credit and after speaking to an advisor who was very helpful. It turned out that you deactivated my electric smart meter from your systems on the eon to eonnext changeover. This has resulted in me not being charged for electric for nearly a year or more not to sure right now. I never check my account balance really, but due to current fuel prices situation, I checked how I might improve my deal which lead me to discover this problem.
I sent photo's of the meter including the serial numbers to the requested email and haven't yet heard back at all.
How should I chase this up. I really need to find out if I owe money and it is worrying me.. Especially as my usage so far this year seems to be increasing by a factor of over 50%.

@meldrewreborn I've just checked online today and it seems the correct meter is still showing as no longer active/disabled and the old meter is showing as the current one.. lol
306 days so far .... taken my meter readings today and I cannot upload them ... nice ..
