I am also having exactly the same issue. Since October I haven't had a reading, I only noticed this on the bill I had the other day because it was only showing the electric. My concern is if it now updates my reading I will have to pay the new gas rates when I was on a fix rate up until the end of February. @PeterT_EONNext could you advise please?

I am having the same problem with gas readings not being submitted, it has been like this since the website switched to EonNext.
I have been asked to submit readings and told it will be a long time for it to be fixed.
We are both pensioners and my wife has advanced Parkinsons and I have enough to do during the day looking after her and the last thing I need is not knowing whether or not I am getting accurate bills each month.
I was chatting on Eon Facebook the other day with the same answer and it really is not good.
If my gas meter was submitting a reading lower than what I have used you can bet that would be fixed pretty quick.
Electricity meters read in kWh directly, Gas meters measure the volume of gas consumed - so you need to look for the reading which says volume, or Cu Ft or Cu metres.
A rough conversion of the volume to kwh is to multiply Cu ft by 31 or cu.mt by 11. But the reading to be input on the website is the volume used for gas.
I hadn't checked my online account as regularly since getting a smart meter. When I logged into Eon Next I discovered that it was saying I hadn't given a gas meter reading for 66 days despite having a smart meter. Also under my tariffs it only says electricity despite having an email to confirm the expiry of my electric/gas tariff. So is there a problem with my meter and account?
