I have been trying to get on the V11 fixed all day long when it was still available, then I gave up, with the intention of trying again next day.... but then it disappeared? Since then I send several messages but no one replied to me.
Is there any chance I can have it, considering I have been trying but kept getting error messages (both on the app and web) in the account?
I'm sorry for the trouble you experienced whilst trying to switch to the V11 tariff whilst it was available, I can see you attempted to get in touch with us for this before the tariff was withdrawn.
You've since been changed to this tariff and you should have an email to confirm this too.
