I received my email from Eon Next to activate my new account that I have now done. However the website when I sign in is very slow I get a little circle whirling around for a couple of minutes before anything is displayed, and its the only thing that is whirling ! I regularly get the message
Something’s gone wrong.
and when that happens I somethies get some information displayed and other times get nothing at all.
The website design looks amateurish and not very intuitive to use. I understand things change but to launch with this lack of quality appears to be a very backward step and isn't putting customers to the forefront of what you attempting to achieve.

I know it's been a while ago but we hope with some improvements being made since then that you've not continued to experience something like this.
