Just as @theunknowntech has said, it seems the issue was scheduling problem not being set up for both of you! (he's very on it)
I've sent off some updates to both of your electricity meters to set this back up. We should now receive both of your gas and electricity readings on the same date as each other @IanO yours will be the 16th of each month and @spacedmonkeys yours will be the 4th of each month)

@PeterT_EONNext unfortunately March 4th has been and gone and still my meter only sent the Gas reading and not electric. 5 months it's been broken now - I can't understand how it can send gas but not electric :(
