Hi,
After receiving my FIT income from Eon for over 10 years, I expected the transfer to the Eon Next website to be very similar.
However, whereas my next meter readings for Eon should have been 18th April 2022 (with a reading for 31 March 2022 to calculate inflation increases). The Eon Next site appears to work in quarters and expect readings during a submission window.
The site also doesn't seem to provide details of my FIT agreement etc.
Have other forum members found any problems or noticed any anomalies?
@dprice8893 We are different company so things are slightly different here. I can't access your account as your email address for the Community doesn't match up.
If you can pop a Facebook/Twitter message over, one of the team can look into all of this for you 😊
@dprice8893 I fully agree. EoN Next have added the EoN statements and NOT the DATA. This is ridiculous because to get / use that DATA a customer must now laboriously open each statement and manually copy it out. Additionally it means huge extra storage space for all the statements (although I don't too much care if EoN Next want to host all that space!). Additionally it is unacceptable that OUR data from before 2 years ago is not transferred. I think customers have a LEGAL right to that.
@Landmark I think the erroneous statement by EoN Next will confuse many people. The EoN Next statement is 'The FiT scheme is no longer available as of 1 April 2020', but what I believe it is SUPPOSED to say is 'The FiT scheme is no longer available TO NEW ENTRANTS as of 1 April 2020'.
I hope EoN Next fix their text!
@KLB Most definitely not, however, it can be the reason that things are slightly different sometimes. I understand that we have taken your feedback onboard and are working on a solution with the FiT team and I'm really excited they're working on getting all your information available to view. And this is one reason I love our Community forum. 😊
@KLB
Totally agree - have just been redirected to E.On Next site to enter March FIT meter reading and discover that all the historical reads/graphical representation no longer there. This is a complete pain - had we realised this data was not going to be migrated, would have copied this to disc. But now too late. Is there any answer from E.On Next as to whether this info is going to be reinstated?
