When the the company was just known has e.on it was very straight forward, figures would be read from my smart meter on the 8th of every month and i would send a manual reading towards the end of the month with an updated balance within minutes, and a quarterly bill that was very accurate.
Today is the 10th, no auto reading, the last was 10th Jan the one before was 13th Dec.
And we assured we will an updated statement every month, after my reading on 31th Jan i got the following message. the only reason i got a January statement was because i complained on here .
All i want is for my statement to be accurate every month.

EDIT. My smart meter was read as normal yesterday the issue with monthly statements remains.
