I don`t quite know where to start off with this rant, but I`ll give it a go.
When the the company was just known has e.on it was very straight forward, figures would be read from my smart meter on the 8th of every month and i would send a manual reading towards the end of the month with an updated balance within minutes, and a quarterly bill that was very accurate.
Today is the 10th, no auto reading, the last was 10th Jan the one before was 13th Dec.
And we assured we will an updated statement every month, after my reading on 31th Jan i got the following message. the only reason i got a January statement was because i complained on here .
All i want is for my statement to be accurate every month.

Thanks for sending us your meter readings. We'll run a couple of checks on them to make sure they're in line with what we'd expect and email you an up to date statement in the next 48 hours.

All i want to do is to keep track of my spending, i don`t really think that is too much to ask.

EDIT. My smart meter was read as normal yesterday the issue with monthly statements remains.

Hi @UKDave51 - I'm sorry to hear that you're having all this trouble with your account, that's not good at all 😔

It looks like a few changes have been made to your account recently and we are connected to your meters (a billing schedule has also been set up, this being on the 10th of each month)

If there's anything else that needs looking at, or you're unsure of anything, please let me know and I can take a look.

Billing schedule has been set up, readings will be taken monthly and statements will be produced off of the back of this 😄

@UKDave51 All sorted for you. Sorry that it's been a bit tricky but it is all sorted 😊 If you submit a reading for your gas on the 10th of each month then your bill will be sent out in the next 24-48 hours.
