As instructed, I have been patiently waiting for my credit balance to be transferred from Igloo. My balance was 505 .26. I noticed that a balance transfer occurred on 2nd December for 253.90. Rudimentary maths tells me that 251.36 is still outstanding. I am now concerned having read on other threads that the transfers are now largely finished. Please advise if you need further information from me to get this sorted out.
It sounds like that top point might apply to you, so take a look at your account to see if there's any Direct Debit payments showing in October for £251.36 (or perhaps over two payments).
If not, or if you're not sure, the best thing to do is to send us a direct message on Facebook or Twitter as our digi teams are available 24/7, 365 days a year. We may need a screenshot or photo of your final Igloo bill but if we do, they'll ask for that as part of the chat.

Hannah - here to spread positive energy
Hi Hannah,
Thank you for replying. There are no other payments other than the 253.90 on 2nd December so from what I can see, 251.36 is still unaccounted for. I don't use Facebook or Twitter so cannot send a message via those options. Is there an email I can use instead.
