I have a Samsung Zfold 3 and I have exactly the same problem, in my case is updated to last software version that is Android 12, any update about this?
I Have the Samsung Galaxy Fold 3, on the latest software version, so I can tell you and everyone else that this issue is on even the highest spec devices!
I believe it is simply they just haven't optimised the software for your device yet, I don't believe for a second that it has anything to do with the make and model of the device.
I have a Samsung A21S (SM-A217F) and the play store says the app is not compatible with my device when in a web-browser, but is hidden when using the store on my phone. This is not an old phone and has Android 12.
I can sideload the app and it works fine but as it is not linked to the store it will not get updates, also I can't 100% trust that it had not been tampered with when I downloaded it so will not use it for payments.
Seems like Samsung devices are blacklisted from downloading the app as there is no reason why it should be incompatible.
I have the app on a Samsung phone. Downloaded from the Play store no problem. I don't use it though as it doesn't do anything extra that the Web portal can't do so I don't bother with it.
