Can someone help me as I have had no success contacting Customer Service.
I was moved to Eon Next last September. Since then I have not received a statement.
Online I can see there are Electric Smart Meter Readings but none for Gas. When I asked by E Mail I was told it was because they were waiting for details from the DCC. Given that this was not a request from me to 'switch' anywhere I don't see why this is taking so long.
I was asked to supply a manual reading which I did on Jan 10th but I still don't have a statement. I have followed up with Customer Service but had no reply.
I am now at a loss with what to do and can see me getting to end of my fixed term without getting a proper statement.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in Advance.

I've had a quick look at your account and looks like the issue with your gas readings has been sorted so I've been able to send you a statement - should be in your inbox waiting for you 😁
That should fix things now and going forward you'll get your monthly statements as normal, but please let me know if there's anything else we can help with.
I've set your billing calendar for both of your meters to the 17th of each month - both appear to be connected up to the network so on the 17th of each month going forward, the readings should be taken automatically and a statement will then be issued.
Please do let us know if this doesn't happen though so we can investigate! 🔎
