I was previously with e.on, moved over the e.on next in December, but while meter readings have been taken and submitted for the last two months I've received no bill at all. Is this normal?

In honesty, no it's not normal as we bill accounts monthly. Pretty much all accounts come over absolutely fine, with only a few that need a helping hand. We were missing some information from E.ON but I have updated this now and billed you up to date. With a little help from the team - it's been a long day 👀
You should receive your bill in the next 24-48 hours.

Hi new to E.ON NEXT trancfered from Symbio in october ,have given you meter reading from start but have still not had a bill,
luckly i increased my monthly payment to £100 a month from the £45 you asked for i would be facing a hefty bill somtime this year.
Not having a bill can happen for lots of reasons, and they're all fixable from our end. It could be a reading that we might of questioned or perhaps a previous bill that hasn't been released. It would probably best to reach out to us on Facebook/Twitter as the Energy Specialist will be able to help you - we are super busy currently but someone will get back to you as soon as they're free so you can carry on with your evening/day 😊
