I thought that the E-on Next was the new face of E-on?

So why is there no live chat?

Ok Simple question.

Why have all my fixed v15 Tariff prices ALL gone up when i moved from Eon to Eon Next?

My Electric my Gas and even my daily standing charges ALL gone up.
Even though the change over email said my fixed v15 tariff prices wont change.

But they have.

WHY?

OK.
I am wanting to know the following.

When i signed up to E-on i signed a quarterly variable direct debt tariff.

Now i have been moved over to E-on Next i got an email saying i have to pay fixed quarterly direct debt.

Now my contract with E-on was for a variable quarterly direct debt.

Does this mean E-on have now broken our contract?

@Karln Hey there! Welcome to the Community.
We are a separate company to E.ON Energy so there has been some big changes. You've spotted one and we have so many other ways that you can get in touch.
You can pop us a Facebook/Twitter message, give us a call, send us an email to hi@eonnext.com or put pen to paper and send an old fashioned letter.

If you have a general query you can also ask the members here, they are very knowledgeable! 🤗

I have just merged your question that was outstanding in the forum.
As we are a separate company, certain things have been amended however you should still be on a variable tariff if that is what you were signed up for with E.ON.
Do you want to pop me your details in a private message and I'll look into this for you? 😊

The facebook and twitter pages are a waist of time.
I asked my questions on them both at same time and still not got a reply from either one.

Hey @Karln

Just wanted to check back in, have you had a reply on Facebook or Twitter yet? We have been busier than normal but for the majority of the last few days we've been able to get back to customers in around an hour although this may take a little longer as it gets into the evening.

Let me know if you haven't and I'll take a look at what's gone wrong!
