Is there any way to obtain a replacement IHD for a smart meter installed by npower in 2017?

You would need to contact customer service for this, you can call 08085015200 9am -5pm Mon-Fri, email hi@eonnext.com or message via Facebook or twitter(links are at the bottom of the page😉)

I don't trust Facebook because my account got hacked and they don't seem to care about cyber security. I don't use the phone except in emergency situations because it can be expensive for routine help and enquiry call. Email and messages here may take a few days or more for a response, so that just leaves Twitter, so I tried that; however, what Eon don't tell you is that you have to PM EON Next customer service assistants to get a response in minutes.
That is my experience to date😉 -
Yep - if you do need to get in touch on Social Media - definitely use the E.ON Next social pages rather than E.ON if your account is with E.ON Next. Also - just to reassure everyone - our phone number is a freephone number :)
