I had an smart meter fitting this time last year and all was going fine until 3 months ago my smart meter stopped sending meter readings, I am now stuck with “estimated” bills which are completely wrong😑
I have emailed eon about this several times, at first they told me the would re-set from there end up still no joy🙄🙄
I have sent countless emails asking for them to look into this, but as yet to be resolved.
Is anyone else having the same problems?? Or has any idea how to fix this😊

I have had a look at your account using your email you signed up to the Community with and I can see that you have had a chat with someone at the end of the December. They have emaied off for some advice, however I have managed to sort out the problem (I hope) by setting up a billing calendar and reading schedule. From the 1st Feb, both your meters should start sending readings to us. 😁 Will you let me know how you get on?
