@Ncb2734 - Hey there, Beki here, I think we need to get you an emergency appointment as I don't think you should be left without heating! Can you get in touch with our customer service team over on Facebook (@eonnext) or Twitter (@eon_next) and request an appointment there. Please be advised, you will need to be in the property for the next 3 hours after the appointment is booked.
Let me know how you get on.
The hearing I have currently is via fan heaters and got water via the day emersion. This is at 25p/kw. A opposed to 12p/kw on the night rate. My question was what refund/ compensation will I be entitled to currently spending £8-£9 per day Bravissimo of this ...
@Ncb2734, thanks for your reply. I understood your question, however I think that we can get someone out to you much sooner than you having to use fan heaters and the immersion heater. If you are available, I can sort this out for you in the next 3 hours. Please let me know if I can help you this evening.
@Ncb2734 I'm really sorry to hear that. I think this is something that we would be able to fix a lot sooner if we were ale to get access to the property. Once you get the meter sorted, you can chat with customer servie and I am sure that they will be happy to help you. 😊
