EON want me to provide two different email addresses in order to set-up my gas and electricity accounts on E-ON next.
I only have one email address and don't really want to create another just to receive messages from EON. Plus, I would prefer to logon to one E-ON next account and see both acccounts.
Has anyone experienced this before and do they know the solution?
That doesn't sound right at all! I can see you've resolved this over email now, really sorry it was an issue in the first place and that it took some time and lots of back and forth to get it resolved.
