Why have I not had a bill generated and visible in my account yet? When are itemised bills issued?
Every time I log in to my account the debit balance always increases mysteriously! Why?
I'm rapidly losing confidence in this company after such a short time.
As a further query, why do they make it so difficult to contact them? No phone number easily found and no e-mail easily found. In fact they are so well hidden that it's impossible.

I did manage to get through by phone, yesterday morning, kindly provided by Beki. Unlike the previous time, only about 5 minutes on hold. The rep did advise, more or less, what you have written. Bills for ex Igloo transferees (is that a word?)will be generated within the next couple of weeks.
I'll be patient and if nothing received in a ouple of weeks will DM as requested.

This is something that's really hard to get help for via a forum like this. However, I did manage to find the phone number which is 0808 501 5200.

Sorry to hear you had such a long wait, we are really busy on the phones right now but doing everything we can to get those waits down.
I've just had an update around Igloo bills that has said they should start being issued from Tuesday - we've had some delays in terms of getting credits and payments over and we didn't want to send bills out before these were sorted.
If you haven't had anything come through by Tuesday feel free to direct message me on here and we can take a look at your account and check what's going on.
We havnt had a bill from Eon since october 2020 (im sure this was after been automatically transferred fron Npower)

That's quite a long time without a bill! It could be that these are being sent by email rather than through the post, have you checked your emails? It's worth checking your junk email too as sometimes they end up in there.
If they're not or you find them and would rather receive paper bills pop me over a DM with your name, account number and address and I'll get this looked into for you.
