One of the things we get asked about the most is whether or not we have an app.
Since E.ON Next began, we've been working on our own app and very soon we'll have a test version ready. We're looking for some people who would be willing to give the test version a try and let us know what they think. So if you're really missing your npower app and this sounds like something you'd love to get involved with, then please drop me a message and I'll get your name added to this list
Why is it that i'm unable to register for the app. No email is being received when registering. Tried to call but cant get an answer from the call centre.
My account was moved across from Npower and so far EON has been a lot of hassle. I'm not at all impressed? All I want is to pay my bills and leave meter readings. Simples?
Hi Richard, we're actually in testing stage at the moment for the app. You are more than welcome to be a tester if you fancy it? Just drop me an DM with your AppleID (we're not testing an android version just yet)
If you mean you're having problems getting onto your online account, again send me a DM with your account number and I'll get a link sent out to you that should work. (guessing you've checked your junk folder?)
Just an update on how the testing went. In a nutshell, we listened to the feedback from those that tested it and made the decision that it's not quite right for what you want and need. SO thanks so much to those of you that tested for us. We're going back to the drawing board using the feedback that we've been given. Once the new version is ready, we'll be looking for testers again, so keep your eyes peeled for the opportunity.
