I had been switched over to EON Next recently, I paid a recent bill on 4th October (after providing a meter reading). 23 days later (27th October) I get nudged to provide a meter reading which I do. (Don't want to get a Smart Meter).
Another bill is produced and paid from Warm Home Discount. This billing period is less than a month; how often are bills supposed to come? What I would like to know is it 4 weekly, calender monthly? How long is the duration of the billing period? At the moment there's no predicting it.
@lightworker07 Sometimes a bill will release when your meter reading has been given. Sorry that this has been annoying for you. We can have a check through your account to make sure that it is all set up correctly?
When I first joined Eon Next half a year ago, it was before I had a smart meter fitted, and I had the same experience with billing, but it resolved itself in time to stabilized regular monthly billing after a temporary period of variable billing time periods, so it should self resolve soon.
e.on Next claim to bill monthly. Saying that, you only receive a bill when you actually submit a monthly meter reading. The only exception that I can think of is when you don't submit any readings and so quarterly they issue an estimated bill.
