Since Eon b came e.on next the ability to track your news usage, receive correct billing and especially CONTACTING them is beyond ridiculous. The ERRORS are beyond belief - they have my Gas reading in the Electricity box and my Electricity reading in the Gas box and are also insisting I read them monthly (my Electricity is Smart metre and they STILL got the reading WRONG); I want quarterly billing the way I always have had! The App and website are so childish in build with the pathetic icons and light-hearted wording (obviously aimed at a young audience but THEY don't pay the bills) and it is an insult to the intelligence. I am currently shopping around and wondered what others make of the changes because I can see here there are many who feel the same?

Before you run to British Gas as you stated you were going to, please be warned that they provide No webchat or email address to write to, but rather a fake customer service physical address for customer services, as I found out when I had to complain to them about something by Royal Mail Special Delivery. It was not signed for and failed to deliver resulting in me getting my money back from Royal Mail but no apology from British Gas, so I left them for Eon Next and have never looked back except in anger😠
Actually as I stated above, it's British Gas customer service fake address (and absence of email address/webmail/webchat) that is the big fat joke here😝
