I applied for a transfer of ownership over a year ago from npower and it's been stuck in the eon transfer ever since. I call the eon fit team monthly and every time I'm told to be patient, the transfer will happen. I consider myself patient but this is ridiculous! I'm sure if the energy supplier was owed payments from me it wouldn't take so long to process. My patience has run out. If this isn't resolved asap my next act will be to contact the ombudsmen.

For a year now I've tried to get them to sort out the FITSwitch. I've got the the end of my tether and reported both Eon and Bristol Energy to OFGEM in an attempt to get someone to bang their heads together. I've been going round and round in circles.
Update:
I've just had a response from the Ombudsman and they have upheld my complaint and instructed both companies to liaise with each out and sort the mess out.
