Is it just us, or are all business or residential customers effected?
Normally the bill is available a couple of days into the following month, and we can see the amount under "Transactions", but nothing under Bills since notification a week ago.
I had exactly the same issue when I was first switched over from nPower, despite having provided meter readings as requested. Check to see if any of your meter readings are under review. More often than not it will be your gas reading. For some reason the platform that e.on next uses can't seem to process gas readings reliably.
Even if your readings have been accepted, post a complaint on either Twitter or Facebook. Don't email them, they used to respond quickly to emails but now they tend to ignore them.
Hi. Not sure if this helps since I have only just joined e-on after being transferred from Hub, when they went bust. I haven't received a bill since being transferred in August. Reason being that Hub billed monthly. For direct debit customers e-on bill quarterly, so my first bill should be in November. If you're in a similar situation then you will only get bills quarterly.
Yea I've been there, so don't worry about it, if I were you I would just leave a follow up private message on Twitter stating you are wondering when your bill will arrive.
