@mark pleased to hear your story. It sums up the reality, however it's applicable to SMETS2 meters everywhere with every company. I hope that a next generation of smart meters take less time to migrate🙏
@mark: Funnily enough, it suddenly started working again this morning after not working for months - so obviously someone did as you said and added it to the list (or something similar).
So it just takes 'a little' (i.e. lots of) patience :-)
I've run out of patience with this issue. EON don't care, when I said that it's clear after waiting 7 months for a solution to this problem that I need an upgrade. This was their response on messenger this evening, when I said about who can I complain to about this appalling customer service.
'I can register a complaint but it will be rejected as a business decision as we are not upgrading those type of Smart meters.'
