Someone has tried to log into your account on E.ON Next Community with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.
The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: ???.???.???.???

I've not shown the IP address but Google says it originates in Switzerland, but that may not be correct.

I work in the E.ON Next security team - firstly a big thank you for bringing this to our attention!
As discussed separately, on this occasion this was a false positive triggered by accident on our part. However we absolutely appreciate our community getting in touch and sharing details on any suspicious or unsolicited emails/calls/SMS or anything else from or purporting to be from E.ON Next.

The email is information only. The connection definitely wasn't successful.
