Long term EON customer.
My current fixed tariff finsihes on 28 May so I have been trying to select a new one.
The website repeatedly cycles asking me to relogin and when I do it gives no options for choosing new tariff. Just a reminder that I can ask for a refund on my credit and notice that I will move to standard tariff on 28th.
I did not repeatedly intentionally log in - but every time I selected choose a tariff and gave my postcode I was asked/requested to log in again. After a few times the site locked me out stating excessive activity (I had only logged in when requested to!).
All I want and need to do is select another fixed tariff. Looking at the site when giving an alternative address (not logged in) it appears there are many to chose from.
Any advice.
