Hi,
Are EON under cyber attack?
Half way through checking my statement I get an error to say you don't recognise my details. It then takes 5-6 goes to get logged back in.
Very poor customer experience and does not install much confidence that my details, including my bank details, are safe.
Can you explain why viewing my online account is so unstable?
Morning @Joannesenior Just checked both my online account and Eon Next app and viewed a statement on both with no difficulties. I'm wondering if you might have gone offline for a second or so. It might also be worth clearing both cache and cookies as this can occasionally cause such problems.
Just checking in to see your still experiencing online issues when viewing your account or statements? Did you manage to try the steps @WizzyWigg advised you off?
