Hi folks. My solar setup, meter and accounts are working as they should, the IHD even shows the export power when the sun shines :)

Is there any plan or possibility that I will someday be able to log into my SEG account online, as I can do with my import billing and usage?

You should be able to log in online and set up a direct debit, I know we pay you however if you wish for this to be paid into your bank instead of a cheque, I recommend setting up a variable DD on the SEG account, we will never bill you on the account or take any payments 😀

Now, in terms of seeing details about your exported units online etc, I can't say how far we are off that, all I can say is, if you take regular export reads then you can see exactly what's going on 😎 especially as the read is on the electricity meter ⚡

There are also 3rd party apps you can use, I'm sure some people on the forum can recommend some?

The scheme has grown over the years and things are forever changing, so hopefully one day, you will be able to see what your after, however just in case something is in development, I will do some digging and come back to you when I have some concrete information about any new developments, in terms of the data on the SEG online account.

@Lee_EONNext Thanks Lee, but if I could log into my SEG account I wouldn't be asking the question 😉 Is there a procedure for this?

I have 2 logins, for my regular EONNext account and one for this forum.

This question was unanswered back in September when the SEG account was set up.

I will so though, you wont see any details on the SEG account whatsoever, it's literally a shell, if you enter a read the system will assume you wan't a bill and send a bill, things are changing I'm being told.

All looking good Lee, have logged in, now there is an option to switch between the 2 accounts and see the export account credit :)

The wording for SEG still reads odd "we have charged you" but I get it.

Also - I have a good picture of energy consumption and export thanks - which is going great in this amazing March sunshine - via the Sunsynk app and MyEnergi app though I can't see export on Bright, which some are reporting as a feature.

Yes the online SEG account is a working progress, hopefully some positive steps When you want to be paid pop us that photo and we will get that sorted, you can WhatsApp this is or email this too hi@eonnext.com then pop SEG payment in the subject.

We will then get your payment processed. I'm not too sure about the Bright App tbh, it might be worth asking one of the members about Bright, see if they can help at all?

This is from the Glowmarkt email reference the export feature, sent on the 25th of February. Did you register before February 2024? Even if after that date it might be worth emailing their support.

I had already replied to my last SEG email with picture, though not with those words in the subject; I'll leave it a few days and see what the response to that is.
