I have moved into a new home with a cameleon ihd but it is in an unknown language. Can anyone explain how to get it to display English?

The language could well be Welsh as there is a legal requirement this side of the sign that says 'Here be dragons' for all signage, official documents and such-like to be bi-lingual.
I switched the Tw4t nav in my car to Welsh by accident once. It took me a while to figure out how to put it back into English 🤣. But for a few days, it was rather amusing to hear something other than 'at the next roundabout, take the third exit'.
Back in the day, you could download different speech packages for navigation devices. The Star Wars pack was quite funny, especially if you set it to Yoda.

I bought a mini-puter many many moons ago off the Bay and it came loaded with it's default lingo as Chinese. Needless to say it was fun and games converting to Lancastrian 😂.
Had to turn the running commentary off on the satnav because we always ending up arguing. 😂😂 -
