What is going on?

I have just changed tariff to Next Fixed 18m v6 for both fuels. Much to my horror they have charged me £100 exit fees. I did phone and was informed that I should not have been, but it is still on my account.
What is going on? -

Best Answer@DaveH It happened to me a while back. If I remember it took a few working days to resolve.
When did you contact Customer Services?

Best Answer@WizzyWigg Great news!! I've just had my £100 credited back to my account. I phoned again this morning and they acted. 🙌 All is good (for now anyway).

@DaveH I've just updated my post. Checking my records it actually took 10 days to resolve. That was back in March. Hopefully it will be sooner for you. 👴
