I am having a EV Charger fitted through a provider and they have asked me to contact my Electricity Provider to have a Electrical Isolator fitted. I contacted the call center and was told to look at the EON drive page for further information as you are not fitting them currently (there is no information about this on the webiste).
How do a go about arranging for an Electrical Isolator to be fitted as i am having an Car delivered which requires the EV charger.
If you still get no joy; use twitter to communicate with an Eon Next Customer Service Adviser by private message in the meantime.

I can't seem to find anything either, so I think I'll need to call on @Bennie_EONNext to dig deeper. In theory, most energy suppliers offer this, so I'm a bit surprised you're struggling. It's a basic service even if it's chargeable! Hang in there for a bit, I'm now watching this thread just in case.

As the @theunknowntech asked for my help, here I am for the rescue. 🤗 On our website our EV tariff is not currently available. We are supporting our customers to get an EV charger fitted. You can get in touch on our social media team and someone will be able to book that appointment for you or you can also check this link which can be helpful for you to fill in. I have exactly the same requirement as @dannywood31. I have also been advised by the installer of my EV charging box to ask EON to fit an ISO electrical isolator. The telephone number 0345 302 4365 (thanks @Landmark) is correct, however, I remain on hold forever and a day. With the number of EV boxes being fitted, with more EON consumers like us requiring isolating switches - EON should consider making your customer experience more user-friendly and facilitate an online form that can be completed to request the ISO switch installation.
