I've a smart meter wnc ubc-tn6.
It only displays
Bill & a value
Import and a value
Export all 0
If I were to submit a manual reading do I take the import value? And is this they day rate or the night rate when sending in the reading.
I've had a message saying the smart meter isn't sending in readings correctly to eon.

It's not clear if you are on something like Economy 7 and need to send in a day and a night reading or just a single total reading. I have found a video that may help...
If you need to find out which is the day reading and which is the night then you can either look at a past statement to see how the current readings compare to the historic ones or you can consume some electricity by boiling a kettle or two and look to see which reading has progressed.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
The wnc ubc-tn6 is the model number of the communications hub, not the meter itself.
Without knowing what actual meter you have (a photo always helps!) I can't offer you any guidance, I'm afraid.

Yes, it's an EDMI meter which is not able to be migrated unfortunately. Your only option is a replacement. You can try chasing it with Customer service but it may be a bit of a wait. Sorry
