I think that there should be some checks that we need to run on our end, but it can be potentially possible.
The best thing to do is to get in touch with our social media or Whatsapp team and they will direct you the right way and help you to let your home become smarter 😊

@JerryFr have you tried to get in touch with our customer service? There might be some issues with the connectivity if the smart meters are communicating with the DCC. What have they suggested?
