How do I request paperless billing and that all communication is made by email?
The most obvious option of 'communication preferences' doesn't seem to include any option, and I haven't been able to find any other reference to this in my account details or on this forum.

I have the same query, I'm sure I've requested paperless billing twice now but still keep getting bills - this is wasteful for the environment. I also can't see any option now on my account to request paperless billing.
This should be standard and easily accessible to all.
