That is for the Government to determine based on data from the Valuation Office Agency. Factors include (but are not limited to) floor area, age and type of construction, whether you are on or off the gas grid, etc.

You wouldn't - its all done behind closed doors with little in the way of transparency. Its done by the valuation office agency for the government using data they hold or have assessed in relation to homes. the job they usually come into contact with the public is the placing of property into council tax bands. -

Yes! Maybe if someone had checked those social media they would see we have tried all of them! Whilst waiting on the phone for nearly an hour we were also using face book and Twitter. This is simply not acceptable. The sooner people stop working from home the better. It does not take that long to answer a phone or social media
