@miketheb - Hey there! It can take up to 10 days for the direct debit to show up on your account as it needs to go through the banks systems too.
Have you had your tariff amended to a direct debit version?
....then you can work out the default tariffs for your area.
I think if you select your local area and then divide the "Nil kWh" by 365 you get the daily standing charge, and if you divide the m (12,000 kWh) value by 12000 you get the cost per kWh.....this is for Gas.
This is a spreadsheet so you can calculate your bills after you know your unit costs for kWh for Gas and Electric....
