Hello,
On the meter readings page of my online bill there is an advert offering a £50 payment for having a smart meter installed. Big orange button to book an appointment date...
but...
When you scroll down to find the ** footnote, there is a message saying valid until April 30th 2023 (not 2024)
I phoned to check which is correct as why advertise now something which finished and is out of date?
I'm told "No promotion currently"
So why the big advert e.on next?
Misleading. Take it down or honour it.

@Deb333
The screen shot is from yesterday are you able to still see it today?
If it is still there it might be an idea to post a screenshot of your meter reading page showing the advert, without any personal or account information. It might help to pin the problem down.

@Deb333 I've just found that there was an error however we're honoring the incentive etc. The offer for you could be valid until 31/12/24 providing you have an install by this date.
Pop me a DM with your account details and we will get this sorted for you.

Thank you Lee.
I have sent you a DM with my account details as requested.
Could you please confirm when you have received it?
@Deb333 Ive got it, I've booked what you also requested. The credit should be added 4 weeks after install, if it's not pop me a DM and I will make sure it's added for you.
As advised you can use my DM as confirmation and this thread that we will honour that for you. One way or another, it will be added to the account.
