last year i got the 25% discount to my energy bills will i be getting that 25% discount this year starting from october through the Winter Affordability Support Scheme
will i be getting the same again this year
It's lovely to see you back on the community 😊 At the moment we are still prepping for winter and we don't yet know what plans are going to be in place for customers who may be struggling. I would keep an eye on the Affordability and announcement section as this is most likely where we will update with the latest support.
In the meantime if you're struggling get in touch with our energy specialists and they will be able to take a thorough look over your account and give you advice on your best options or solutions.
Did you know that we also offer Energy Efficiency advice and solutions we're always here to make sure you have everything you need so it always worth having a little look to see if we can give you a helping hand.
