    Hi

Thought it maybe a good idea to start a thread to highlight what opportunities maybe out there to save money.

Firstly I only have a hybrid that requires 13/15 kWh per night (2 hour charge).

Electric usage approx 2000 kwh day, 5000 kwh night
    gas 8000 kWh

I’m currently on eon next drive v3
    Electric
    Daily 7am - 12 28.56 p/kwh, Standing charge 67.44 p/day
    Night 7 hours 6.90 p/kwh

    Gas
    5.45 p/kwh, standing charge 31.56 p/day.

I have had a quote from octopus which looks like this
    daily 6am - 12 21.22 p/kwh standing charge 65.37
    night 6 hours 7p p/kwh

    Gas
    5.45 p/ kWh, standing charge 29.49 p/day.

As you can see Eon seems to be behind when it comes to the day tariff.

Im still looking around and don’t want to jump ship yet without understanding what else is on offer out there.

Just wondered if anyone had come across any other tariffs or have any advice about the octopus go, its says my set up is compatible.

Apparently which recommend Octopus but I have no experience to back this up.

Thanks in advance for any other tariffs out there that may meet my needs.

The ability to search available Eon Next tariffs hasn't been working for a while. BUT. It is now functioning and might be useful when making comparisons. 🕵
Some of the tariffs may not show on your account but there's nothing stopping anyone contacting Customer Services.
