Hello,

I've not yet received my SEG plan yet, it went live on the 3rd of July.

I'm conscious that since my original application I've had another battery installed so I've got a new system diagram to share but not sure how to upload it.

When did you submit your SEG application? as it can take up to 4-8 weeks to complete the application and receive the SEG Plan. Have you also received any correspondence from the SEG team to request any extra information/documentation to progress your SEG application? 🤔

2nd June, I've had the email confirming the SEG move was completed on 3rd July. Online account is avaliable.

Just not the My SEG plan document and whether I need to update my SEG details with the additional battery I've got

@Thewookiewon Do you know the date the application is showing as received by the SEG team? as it may take 4-8 weeks from the date the team receives and starts to process the application 🙂

For the battery installation, is it the Schematic diagram you have? If so, could you send this via email to hi@eonnext.com for the SEG team to take a look at this for you.

The best thing to probably do is contact our SEG Team directly and ask for an update, plus supply the full schematic of the battery system etc. You will need to provide this anyway, The longest part of the SEG application is the Export MPAN creation. This can take a few weeks.

In terms of going live, please ignore anything on the online account as the account is just a shell. Again the best thing to do is contact customer services and ask 'what stage is my application at'

The moment that export mpan is created a contract is sent. The online account will show as live as our system thinks it's a live energy account when in-fact its the opposite. We are working on how we can make this more user friendly, some big changes this year, fingers crossed.

The plan arrived maybe last week, if you've got an existing MPAN do you just transfer that from the old supplier or do you create a new one?

We would take over an existing one, we apply to take over and then your previous supplier would either accept or reject?

That could have been the delay as it's a switch. Sometimes there are delays, it's great to hear you have your SEG plan.
