joined so I could follow the updates on the MHHS migration - I’m one of the many who moved from Octopus where EON can’t connect to the smart meter. Hoping for a resolution this month as it’s been almost 2 months of it so far!

I would like to change our SEG payment method from cheque to bank transfer but haven't been able to work out how to do this - or even access our SEG Account

@William1 as @WizzyWigg pointed out to do this you just need to pop a call through to our SEG team direct 0808 501 5218 their lines are open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (4.30pm Fri and excludes bank holidays) and they'll be able to get that sorted for you!
