Depending on when they were fitted they may be waiting for the full communication of the meters. Possibly.
Have you contacted Customer Services to see what's holding up the payment. Best way would be either WhatsApp or Twitter. -
Level 523-05-23I've spoken on 0hone they recon there was no such offer. Good thing thry record phone calls as I made the lady repeat the offer a few times to check -

Were these smart meters replacing credit or prepay meters? I heard there was a cash incentive for people switching to smart prepay.
