Crazy On Off Times

    Hello All,
Don't know if anyone can help, but getting off my chest might help..

My off peak start time seems to have a mind of it's own...
    (All times GMT)
For years it's been midnight (ish).
    Then occaisionally went to 00:20
In the last year to 0:00, 00:20, 00:42 back to 00:00, then 00:42..
I had the old big black box radio tele switch..
In the hope that the time would be stabilised agreed to have smart meter fitted last Friday (even though the experience of neighbours on my side of village was no signal).
And this was the case.. no signal.
So the meter and RTS replaced (with more modern) Emlite EMB1.ay
I hoped at least the time might be sorted...
    Nope..
    It is now 00:47 !!
OK, so cheap rate until 08:47 BST is good for showers etc., but it's a real PITA scheduling things..
The Meter Time Switch Code from my bill is 810
    Distributer code: 15

Will try ringing Northern Powergrid also (am in North East England).

    Hey @schb,

I hope you are well. This wouldn't be classed as a faulty switch as it is less than 2hrs (this is the threshold to account for when the clocks change from BST/GMT), if this changes and it goes over 2hrs let us know and we can arrange an engineer. In the meantime are you able to adjust your appliances to match it?

@DebF_EONNext .. I'm pretty sure this is not a faulty switch.. As I said, the old switch was 47mins out, so is the new (not smart) switch.
I am told it can take up to eight weeks to register the new switch.. really... in this day and age?
