I've used Twitter in the past to make contact with Eon Next without any problem. I did a quick check on Twitter just now and found I could leave a comment without issue. Whether it is any good these days? No idea.
As with every diverse community, there is always a mixture of opinions, knowledge as well as understanding - that’s what makes it such a great place to be!
